Why we started this.

Bex and Heath have been friends for over ten years — one Australian, one a New Zealander. They kept hearing the same complaints from small business owners: agencies that overpromised, sent the work offshore, and then went quiet for a month at a time.

KY Web was founded in 2026 to do the opposite. Two people, working directly with you, on a fixed price agreed before anything starts. You get told what is happening and when, and if it isn't right, the 30-day guarantee means you are not stuck with it.

Between them they bring over ten years of combined experience in the web industry to every project, whether that's a five-page site for a trade business or a store with a few hundred products.

Meet Bex & Heath.

Two disciplines, split down the middle. One of us makes it look right, the other makes it run right.

Co-founder

Bex

Design lead. Australian born and bred, Bex has a sharp eye for layout, typography and user experience — making sure every site looks good and works even better.

He handles the part most people notice: how the site feels to use, where the eye goes first, and whether a visitor can find what they came for without thinking about it.
